He possesses a strong foundation in strategic planning, vendor relations, and team leadership, consistently driving the implementation of ethical, efficient, and cost-effective processes that advance organizational goals. He has successfully led high-performing teams and enhanced service delivery through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources with a minor in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
