Ashley Marcolivio joined Guidance Carolina in 2026, bringing more than 18 years of experience serving older and disabled adults across North Carolina. Her diverse, professional background includes serving as a Regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Facility Compliance Consultant for the state of North Carolina, and a Regional Aging Adult Ministry Director. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, as well as a Master of Science in Gerontology. She is a strong advocate for serving others with a deep passion for supporting those in need.
